There's no guaranteed winner. Printables, templates, checklists and short ebooks are common starting points because they're quick to make. What matters most is that the product solves a specific problem for a specific person.

No. Gumroad hosts your product page and checkout, so you can start without a website. A website or blog can help bring in visitors, though.
How much should I charge for my first ebook?
Look at similar products to see the usual range, then start with a price you're comfortable testing. You can adjust it later as you learn what buyers respond to.
Do I need an audience before I start selling?
You can start without one, but you'll need a way to get visitors, such as search traffic, social media or a marketplace. An audience makes selling easier over time.
