FastComet is a shared hosting company that has run Black Friday promotions for years, usually with deep first-term discounts on shared hosting. This guide explains what I could confirm about past sales, what FastComet charges right now and how to judge the deal when it goes live. As of 20 October 2026, FastComet has not announced its Black Friday 2026 offer.
FastComet sells shared hosting, cloud VPS and dedicated servers. For a blogger, the shared plans are the ones that matter, and they are where the Black Friday discounts have been biggest in the past.
The tricky part with FastComet, as with most hosts, is the gap between the first-term price and the regular price. The current plans renew at roughly four to five times the introductory price, so the renewal number deserves as much attention as the sale price.
A note on how I wrote this. I have not run my own speed tests on FastComet, so there are no benchmark numbers here. Current prices come from FastComet’s own pricing page, checked on 20 October 2026. Where a past offer could not be confirmed, I say so.

Has FastComet announced its 2026 Black Friday deal?
No. When I opened FastComet’s Black Friday address on 20 October 2026, it showed the standard message about an introductory price starting at $1.99 per month and no Black Friday offer, dates or codes.
As of 20 October 2026, FastComet has not announced its Black Friday 2026 offer. I will update this post when it goes live.
What FastComet offered on past Black Fridays
I could not confirm the exact 2025 offer. One deal site, BloggersPassion, listed expected 2025 codes of 85% off shared hosting and 35% off cloud VPS and dedicated servers, but the same page marked every deal as “not live”, so I do not treat those figures as confirmed.
The clearest record I found is older. WHTop, a hosting news site, reported FastComet’s 2021 sale on 26 November 2021:
- A warm-up sale started on Friday 19 November 2021.
- The peak offer on Black Friday was 75% off new shared hosting plans.
- Selected domains were up to 80% off during the sale.
- Promo codes were pre-applied, and the sale continued through the weekend to Cyber Monday.
- Existing customers could ask about loyalty discounts on renewals or upgrades.
That is five years ago, so use it only as a sign that FastComet tends to discount new shared hosting heavily, start before Black Friday itself and apply codes automatically. Past offers are not a promise.
Current FastComet prices (before Black Friday)
These are the shared hosting plans listed on FastComet’s pricing page on 20 October 2026.
| Plan | First term, per month | Regular price, per month | Websites | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1.99 | $9.95 | 1 | 10 GB NVMe |
| Essential | $2.99 | $12.95 | 1 | 20 GB NVMe |
| Plus | $3.99 | $17.95 | Unlimited | 30 GB NVMe |
| Extra | $5.49 | $24.95 | Unlimited | 40 GB NVMe |
The page says the promotional price is for the first term only and renews at the regular rate. It does not state how long the first term must be on the plan cards, so check the term in the cart before you pay. All four plans list a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Which plan to pick when the sale starts
- One new blog. Starter covers one website with 10 GB of storage. That is enough for a new blog.
- One growing site. Essential doubles the storage but is still limited to one website. Only pay for it if you know you need the space.
- Two or more sites. Plus is the first plan with unlimited websites. If you plan a second blog in the next year, start here, because upgrading later happens at regular prices.
- Busy sites. Extra adds more storage on top of Plus. Choose it only if you already have the traffic.
If you are comparing hosts, my guide to the best hosting for a new blog is a good place to start, and the ChemiCloud Black Friday guide and Hostinger Black Friday guide cover two alternatives.
Watch out
- Renewals are four to five times higher. Starter goes from $1.99 to $9.95 per month after the first term.
- Check the term length. The lowest price usually needs the longest term, paid upfront.
- One site on the cheaper plans. Starter and Essential allow a single website.
- Untick extras in the cart. Add-ons are easy to miss.
How to get the best Black Friday price
- Bookmark the offer page. Save my link and check from mid-November. In 2021 the warm-up sale began a week before Black Friday.
- Choose the plan by site count. One site or several decides between Starter and Plus.
- Pick the term on purpose. A longer term locks in the low price for longer, but you pay it all upfront.
- Work out the renewal cost. Multiply the regular monthly price by twelve. That is your yearly cost after the first term.
- Test within 30 days. Move your site and check it while the refund window is open.
Is it worth waiting for Black Friday?
If you can wait, probably yes. FastComet’s history suggests a bigger discount than the normal introductory price, and the wait is only a few weeks.
If you are launching a blog now, the current $1.99 Starter price is already low. The bigger risk is the renewal price, not missing a few dollars of Black Friday discount. My guide on how to start a blog covers what to set up first.
