HostArmada Black Friday 2026: what to expect and how to save

This post may contain affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

HostArmada is a cloud-based shared hosting company with plan names borrowed from ships and space travel, and its Black Friday sale usually adds free months on top of a big first-term discount. This guide explains what was reported for 2025, what HostArmada charges right now and which plan to choose when the sale opens. As of 20 October 2026, HostArmada has not announced its Black Friday 2026 offer.

HostArmada sells shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS and cloud servers. Bloggers usually start on the shared plans, which run on NVMe storage and include a free domain on selected products.

Right now the site is already running a promotion it calls “Falling Discounts”, with up to 82% off website and WordPress hosting. That matters, because the Black Friday deal has to beat this standing discount to be worth waiting for.

A note on how I wrote this. I have not run my own speed tests on HostArmada, so there are no benchmark numbers here. Current prices come from HostArmada’s own shared hosting page, checked on 20 October 2026. Last year’s offer comes from deal trackers, and I say so.

Has HostArmada announced its 2026 Black Friday deal?

No. When I checked HostArmada’s homepage and shared hosting page on 20 October 2026, neither mentioned Black Friday or Cyber Monday. The only promotion was the “Falling Discounts” sale, with up to 82% off website and WordPress hosting and a free domain.

As of 20 October 2026, HostArmada has not announced its Black Friday 2026 offer. I will update this post when it goes live.

What HostArmada offered on Black Friday 2025

I could not find HostArmada’s own 2025 terms page, so this section uses HostScore’s deal page, which tracked the sale. Another deal site, Kripesh Adwani, reported the same headline of 85% off plus 2 months free.

ProductReported 2025 offer
Shared and WordPress hosting85% off plus 2 free months, from $1.49 per month
VPS servers60% off, from $3.69 per month
Cloud servers50% off, from $29.95 per month
Reseller hosting15% off, from $19.60 per month

HostScore gave the dates as 21 November to 13 December 2025, which is longer than most hosts’ Black Friday sales. It also noted that renewal prices return to standard rates when the promotional term ends, and that some speed features, such as LiteSpeed and memcached, are only on the highest shared plan.

Past offers are not a promise. Use them as a guide to the shape of the sale.

Current HostArmada prices (before Black Friday)

These are the shared hosting plans listed on HostArmada’s shared hosting page on 20 October 2026, billed annually.

PlanFirst term, per monthRegular price, per monthWebsitesStorage
Start Dock$2.15$11.95115 GB NVMe
Web Warp$3.36$18.65Unlimited30 GB NVMe
Speed Reaper$3.95$21.95Unlimited40 GB NVMe

The page says discounts apply to your initial billing term and renewals use the regular price. The homepage lists free SSL, firewall protection, Cloudflare CDN, free migration and 24/7 support.

Which plan to pick when the sale starts

  • One new blog. Start Dock covers one website with 15 GB of storage. That is enough to start.
  • More than one site. Web Warp is the first plan with unlimited websites. If you plan a second site within a year, buy it now, because upgrading later happens at regular prices.
  • You care most about speed. Speed Reaper is the top shared plan. Last year’s reports said the advanced speed features were only on the highest tier, so compare the feature list before you pay.

If you are comparing hosts, my guide to the best hosting for a new blog covers the basics, and my ChemiCloud and GreenGeeks Black Friday guides cover similar hosts.

Watch out

  • Renewals are much higher. Start Dock goes from $2.15 to $11.95 per month after the first term.
  • Free months come at the end. If the 2026 deal again adds free months, check when they apply.
  • Speed features differ by plan. Do not assume the cheapest plan has everything the top plan has.
  • Check the term. The lowest prices usually need the longest term, paid upfront.

How to get the best Black Friday price

  1. Compare with today’s price. Write down the current Falling Discounts price for your plan. The Black Friday price needs to beat it.
  2. Check from 20 November. Last year’s sale was reported to start on 21 November.
  3. Choose by site count. One site means Start Dock. Two or more means Web Warp.
  4. Work out the renewal cost. Multiply the regular monthly price by twelve to see your cost after the first term.
  5. Use the 45 days. Move your site and test it during the money-back period.

Is it worth waiting for Black Friday?

The gap may be small this year. HostArmada is already offering up to 82% off, and last year’s Black Friday headline was 85% off plus free months. If you need hosting now, the current deal is reasonable.

If your current host is fine until December, waiting costs nothing, and the sale was reported to run until mid-December last year. For the full setup process, read my guide on how to start a blog.
